Senior People Partner

Randstad HR Partners is pleased to be partnering on an exclusive, retained search with one of Australia’s most prominent FinTech’s. Headquartered in Sydney, this business is entering a significant phase of transformation, backed by substantial capital investment into their core product and scaling strategy.

As the business matures and expands, they are seeking a Senior P&C Partner to act as a dedicated strategic lead for the CIO and CFO portfolios. This is a role for a seasoned professional who can build credibility quickly with technical and financial executives, embedding performance, capability, and engagement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CIO and CFO. You will provide the coaching necessary to help managers lead effectively through a scaling environment, translating business goals into practical, high-impact people initiatives.
• Build deep, peer-level credibility within the Tech and Finance functions. You will work closely with the CIO to understand the product roadmap and with the CFO on commercial priorities, ensuring talent initiatives directly support these business drivers.
• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle for your client group, from leveraging HR metrics and performance management to ensuring recruitment and safety compliance.
• Partner closely with the CPO to design and implement employee initiatives as the People function expands

To be successful in this role, you will be an established HR professional and act as an commercially-driven strategist with the high EQ required to navigate complex human dynamics at the SLT level. You are a natural collaborator who thrives in the fast-paced scale-up environment. You have ideally partnered closely with a CIO or have worked in the tech space, enabling you to understand Tech and AI functions, bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and people strategy.
